The film has been directed by director Apoorva Karki Singh, who has also made ‘Sirf Ek Banda Kaafi Hai’ with Manoj Bajpayee. The film has been produced by Manoj Bajpayee’s wife and it is also the 100th film of Manoj’s career. Apart from this, the budget of the film is around 20 crores. Which is a positive point of the film. If the film stays in theatres for even two weeks, then it is possible that the film may be able to recover its cost.

According to the data available on Scnilc, the film earned 1.35 crores on the first day and 1.75 crores on the second day. ‘Srikanth’ vs ‘Bhaiya Ji’
Rajkumar Rao’s ‘Srikanth’ is still earning more than Manoj Bajpayee’s film every day. However, the genre of both the films is different. Rajkumar’s film is a biopic. Whereas Manoj’s film is of action genre. But there is a huge difference in the reviews and word of mouth publicity of both.

While both the audience and reviewers are praising Shrikant, critics have called Bhaiya Ji an average film. In such a situation, it will be interesting to see how far Manoj Bajpayee’s film is able to go.
